Happy St. Patrick's Day

In celebration of Ireland Bella had green eggs and toast today for lunch. This was the first time I had tried "painting" bread with milk and food coloring, and it worked quite well. I had never made green eggs before, and I was amazed at how unappetizing they looked to me. Bella loved 'em, however, and ate almost 4 eggs worth. She made a great "pot of gold" and "blarney stone" in art class today, too.
